Phones do not connect or stay connected to Verizon Extender ASK-SFE116

I currently have a Verizon provided extender model. Plugged in on 9/19 and has never worked since. No phones will connect(tried on 5-6 phones - android and iphone - all act the same).

I worked with Verizon techs and they validated they have no signal at my house. -105 to 110 dBm in front of my house. Phones are roaming and loosing connection and battery lives on all phones is terrible because of this. Inital troubleshooting Verizon said they sent field techs out to the towers and tried to get them pointing towards my home better but that didn't result in any change at all. After they validated they cannot fix it with their towers I was shipped an extender(actually they shipped two because the size of the house needs two but the second hasn't arrived yet).

Unfortunately the first extender doesn't work for me at all and no phones will connect but it has always been showing Active/Open since it was plugged in.  The first tech troubleshot the extender and said something is wrong we need someone to come out to my home. They scheduled to come to my home on 9/22 @ 10AM but this resulted in a no call no show Verizon tech so I've still never physically seen a Verizon tech working on me issue.

Since this no-call no-show, I've contacted Verizon 4-5 different times working with T2 techs for at least 1-2 hours each time. Both internet chat and on the phone I get the same treatment.  All agents go through the same troubleshooting rebooting it 2-3 times, reprovisioning it on their side(syncing it).  Eventually every single tech comes to the same conclusion in their script that they cannot help anymore from their desk and they need someone to physically come to my home.

Here is where it gets interesting, every single tech who attempts to reschedule this appointment disconnects my call with them and there is no way to get back to that person or just get the reschedule event to take place. I call back IMMEDIATLY and have to go through an hour of troubleshooting with a new person. No one can transfer around to the person I was just with or read notes on the account evidentially(or not a single note is being left).

Anyways I found my 8+ tickets with Verizon and opened them all back up because zero issues have been solved and I've been sitting at my new house for 2 months now with no service and phones roaming all the time. I still have zero people trying to help me with my issue and I have to decide when I want to try to call back in to try to get someone to do anything for me.

This post is a PLEA FOR HELP FOR ANYONE WHO WORKS AT VERIZON.  I have many lines and have been a customer for 19 years. I keep getting shut down by your support staff while I continue to have no working service in my house, around my house, next to my house, etc. I live less than 2 miles from a Verizon store and the entire city with Costco/Sams/HD/Lowes/Wallmart/etc all 8 min drive away from my front door.  I can see the Nashville skyline from my front door so I'm not far from a large city either.

I found multiple other posts of people with the same issue and Verizon doesn't answer the question or help them but the posts are marked as "closed" because of 'inactivity'. The inactivity is on Verizon's side to help the customers use their service no on the customer side!

I am asking for some ownership and responsibility of this issue before I have to terminate my contract on all of my lines. Please someone reach out to me. You have my phone number because you are my phone provider and I signed up for this forum account using it. You are allowed to call my phone or email me anytime of day please reach out to me to help.

What kind of broadband internet service do you have?  Are your phones using WiFi calling?  If so, have you disabled WiFi on your phone(s) to see if they connect to the extender?  On one of my SFE-116 extenders, sometimes I have to toggle  Airplane mode to get my Android Razr 2025 to connect and then when WiFi is on the WiFi calling takes over from the extenders cellular signal.

Fiber 1Gbps up and download - I can pull 950+Mbps anywhere in the house and its hardwired end to end with extenders.

WiFi toggle doesn't help get the phones connected any more or less. I can be disconnected from WiFi and my phone reads -105dBm signal or worse from Verizon  while standing 3 feet in front of the extender and my phone will not connect to it.

The couple of times I did get connected I tested the speed and  found it to be 2-3Mbps so its not acceptable data transfer speeds it appears the VPN is only really built to help get calling working.
