Has anyone else had their address written wrong by a verizon agent when ordering something from verizon? The agent who placed my order forgot to put my complete apartment number and now it is a nightmare trying to find and receive my package. Their customers service agents all tell me different things, and was told i would have my address corrected last week and still nothing. This is ridiculous!!
