200 Verizon Gift Card Issue

So I can see on this forum I am not the only one to have this issue and was lied and deceived by several agents all telling me the same thing. I switched 3 lines from AT&T and was told that after 3 billing cycles I would receive 3 gift cards. This whole switching process was a mess from the beginning so I was diligent about calling in to inquire about the 3 gift cards. I was told after months 1 and month 2 the same thing after 3 billing cycles they would automatically be sent. So after the third cycle naturally I called in to see when the cards were ti be sent out now to get they were rebates that needed to be applied. I was told I would have gotten an email telling me to look at my notifications to claim my rebates. was never not once told it was a rebate I was actually told on more than one occasion it was a gift card that could be used for whatever | wanted. | never received an email or any notification.   As I stated to the millions of agents, transfers, and departments that if I was told that I needed to claim them I would have seeing as I called every month regarding them. Finally after hours I was in touch with a representative whom I thought had actually helped me and I felt like there might be some progress. had a schedule a call back with me 48hrs later to fill me in on the process. And once again I received no call back and now no one can tell me anything regarding the open ticket which I have the number for. I am beyond frustrated and it is unexceptable that they can get away with this. This goes beyond the money or the discounts amd I am not gonna let this go. Also told my daughter would receive a student discount after inquiring several months after filling out paperwork being approved and validated and speaking to several different agents that said approximately 2 billing cycles and credit should appear. After two cycles nothing and then the agent says we need to refill out all the paperwork only to find out that only valid on two lines or less. They all had access to my account and could clearly see our plan

I have contacted support on more than 3 occasions since writing in the community and two just never would answer my concern and the third one just never responded.  I am frustrated and am not going to let this go upon switching I have been nothing but lied to on more than one occasion.

Ok so your reaching out we just keep

emailing back and forth so we need to schedule a time to speak because all we keep doing is emailing back and forth and when I contacted the customer service I kept getting transferred and then eventually hung up on
