Back at the end of 2021 I switched to Verizon when there was the offer of paying you $500 per line new service switching to Verizon. I switch from sprint and got 3 lines of service. It has been over a year and I still don't have the $1500 dollars promised multiple times. Customer service keeps giving me the runaround about how to claim the money owed to me. I am not happy and want it resolved.
