BYOD rebate help to cancel and resubmit claims

How do I cancel and resubmit my BYOD rebate request? I just switched and my BYODs are eligible for a $500 and 2 $350 rebates. I mistakenly entered all 3 numbers under the $500 rebate claim via the vz.com/digitalrebatecenter site. I know that the 2 $350 numbers will be rejected but I can’t find a way to cancel and resubmit them correctly under a $350 claim.
I’ve called Verizon twice and they tried to help but they just submitted new $350 claims that get rejected because the numbers are duplicates to the ones I had submitted on the original $500 claims request. When I check the status of the original $500 claim tracking numbers all 3 are active.

My recommendation would be to reach out to our rebate team directly for the best steps. Its possible they'll need to wait for the initial submissions to be denied and then escalate them for this to be solved but they are the ones who can say for sure. What are the rebate team’s hours? I tried calling 7:15 EST Sunday. I was on hold for 10 minutes then the line was transferred to the Verizon automatic assistant.

I called this morning at 8:30 AM EST and was connected to a rebate rep who was able to fix the rebate mess that I had created. Thanks for the rebate team’s direct number.
