COMPLAINT!

I needed a new phone for my 77 yr old mother nothing flashy . i explained at least 6 times to different people i spoken with over this new purchase. I EXPLAINED! i need an inexpensive phone!!! What do i get a Samsung Galaxy that now instead of costing me 30.00 a month now it's 105.00 a month!!!! On top of that! I no longer received my discount due to the phone being a 5 G phone! on top of that they sent the wrong cover for the phone 3X!!!!!!! !!!! everytime i spoke with an agent they wanted to change my plan , NOT HELP WITH THE ISSUE AT HAND! now i'm STUCK with an over priced phone... They said i would receive up to 350.00 back for the old phone BUT!!! never explained it would be in 10.00 monthly intervals !!!! WHAT is with that!!!! NEVER IN MY LIFE! DID I THINK VERIZON WOULD PULL A STUNT LIKE THIS!

Did she need a smartphone or could she have used a basic phone for her needs?
