I signed up for 5G Home Internet on 1/4/23 and completed an application for a free Amazon 5 Show after 90 days. I went back to check on my application and it was gone along with the promotion! I was expecting my 5Show at the end of March.
I contacted Verizon here on 4/23/23 and was told I was eligible for the Amazon Bundle. The agent tried to give it to me that day but it would not go through. Had to wait 10 days for an email to activate. Never received the email. Contacted Verizon with the code I was given. Was “dropped “ by two agents and the third told me they couldn’t find conversation. Deal was over, period. Very disappointed in Verizon. I have been a long time customer and expected better from them.😡

I was on the phone today for SIX hours trying to get Verizon to hold up their end of their deal. Every agent kept “ dropping “ me. Then I had to restart the entire conversation. I finally had a “team support supervisor” call. He was worse than all of them. I gave him the information I received on 4/24/23 from a very helpful agent and a conversation ID code from this forum. All he would look at was my account. Said there was no promotion. Verizon had REMOVED the promotion and the application I had completed. Worthless, completely worthless. Whatever, happened to making things right with longtime customers. I was to receive an Amazon Home Bundle upgraded from the original Amazon Show 5. I was happy to receive the Amazon Show 5. SHAME ON VERIZON!😡
