traded in 2 phones.......promise 800.00 per phone....only received 400.00.....no help with customer service..

I was promised $800 for two phones but was only credited $700. I called and they did a promo correction. Do you have a screenshot or something of the original $800 offer? Have you checked the website to see what they are offering right now for that phone?
