Yesterday spent three hours on the phone where they told me i was getting my 7 month wait for Trade-In credit resolved. They said I would get an email yesterday and it still has never come. Thinking that Im going to wait another month before I have to move to other resources to get the credit I was promised.
Moving to private messaging isnt working either…
It hurts my heart to hear that you feel that we have failed you. We never want that to be the feeling. I would like for us to take a closer look into the issue.
