Frustration Support and Conversation IDs

I am now on about 2.5 hours total of trying to resolve one single issue. My biggest complaint is that I've had to contact support multiple times during the process. This is because a change had to be made, then there was a waiting period. At the end of each support chat, I was provided with a "conversation ID" so that the next rep would be able to help me quickly. I was assured that notes were left and the next person would be able to help me. Both times when I provided a conversation ID, I was told that there was nothing on file. So I spent nearly an hour each with two different support reps, and there was NO record of either conversation. It is absolutely abysmal and neither was able to provide me with a transcript. What a WASTE OF TIME.
