I switched to VZ in May 2022. There was a promotion for bring your own device/transfer your line get $250 Visa gift card per line. I transferred 4 lines. My gift cards never arrived. I called customer service in August because I never received my gift cards. I was told to give it until October/November. It is December and 7 months later, no gift cards still. I went thru my app today to chat with someone named Sam. They asked about a code. When I told the rep I was never informed of a code, rep ghosted the chat. I feel like I have been lied to, bamboozled.
