I recently just got a Samsung Galaxy S22, and I'll be sending my old phone in for trade in. The old phone is a Samsung Galaxy S10+. I wish I ordered it online because it said that my phone would be eligible for the $800 off but I wanted to get it sooner so I went into the store instead. Well, now looking at my next bill they only gave me $400 instead of $800 off for my trade in. So confused. It works, no water damage, no cracked screen, and has a tiny crack on the back. Does it have to be in total mint condition to get the full $800? Because I've heard/read that people received the full $800 off with a lot more damage.
