Is Ulefone Armor 7(2020) rugged phone compatible with Verizon Network?

Hello, 
I want to buy a Ulefone Armor 7(2020) rugged phone.

Is the Ulefone Armor 7(2020) rugged phone compatible with Verizon Network?

Specs From a Ulefone Armor 7 advertisement I found:
Network 
4G:LTE-FDD: B1/2/3/4/5/7/8/12/13/17/18/19/20/25/26/28A/28B/66/71
LTE-TDD: B34/38/39/40/41
3G WCDMA: B1/2/4/5/8. TDSCDMA: B34/B39. CDMA EVDO: BC0/BC1

Specs I found on Google Verizon Networks:
Carrier Frequencies and Bands

  Carrier       3G Frequencies                           4G Bands
VerizonCDMA 800, 1900 PCS2, 4, 5, 13*, 66

* main Verizon 4G band.

I think I heard Verizon only does 4G now.   Is that correct?

Have you verified the phone also supports VoLTE calls over the LTE network?
