I have switched to Verizon from T-Mobile. I ported in 5 different phones and were told that I would get a $200 credit per line. I did an online chat request and was provided the information to submit the credits. Shortly after, I was told that I did not qualify for these and nothing could be done. I do not appreciate being lied to about things.
