I just left Verizon corporate office after the agent onsite and Patrick on the phone both told me my unlocked new Moto X4 was not compatible with the Verizon system. I had the same response when I brought in my Moto G play. What is the problem? All my information about my unlocked phone indicated it was fully compatible. The phone agent said the Moto X 4 may be compatible sometime in the future. So, I'm confused by the above statement
