Never received $700 trade in credit

I upgraded my wife's phone in September of 2022 and was told it could take up to 3 billing cycles from when the trade-in device was received for the $700 credit to be applied, but here we are, 3 billing cycles later and nothing has been done.
I need help, @vzw_customer_support
We have been loyal customers for over 2 decades, but this will end soon if this is not resolved ASAP. I'd prefer to avoid a FCC complaint and a complaint to my state's attorney general, but that will be my next steps unless this is resolved.
