I just got a new Verizon phone and activated it. I added money for the 50.00 prepaid plan. When I try to call any number it says can't make calls because there is a restriction on this account what do I do to change that?

I would contact Verizon Wireless's Customer Support and have them look over the account to see what the cause of the problem is.
