Same thing happened to me. The devices has been delivered and signed however no update on my trade in status. Agent told me to keep waiting but the devices was delivered on Dec.29. Can anyone help?

I spoke with two Verizon agents today, and they told me the warehouse received my trade-in phone back in Dec. 2022 and is working on it. Now, it's been four months. Verizon still can't find where my trade-in phone is. I am mad that during Jan. 2023, they could have just told me they lost it so I could either start an investigation or file a claim with UPS, but Verizon told me to wait for 60-90 days. Now no one can help me. My advice is if your trade-in status didn't progress from the Verizon website, you need to file a claim with UPS RIGHT AWAY! DO NOT WAIT! Otherwise, no one can help you with your lost device due to the warehouse department's human error!!!
