Purchases oneplus 8 pro unlocked. Makes and receives calls, sends texts but can not receive them. Was on the phone with tech yesterday for an hour. Tried numerous things. Nothing worked, rep disconnected and never called back.
Yea they are like that. Most likely they will try and blame it on the phone.
A Lot of troubleshooting question. Like what OS, Phone fully provisioned, etc. First thing I would do is log on to My Verizon and see what text they have stored. Not that you have the time but you should be able to figure it out.
