Extremely disappointed with Verizon. Order a new phone which was a trade in during Thanksgiving Weekend. A promotion was going on (which I did not know until afterwards) to receive Ipad, apple watch and head phones. I called and was told they could not offer this promotion any longer even though the sales rep messed up and never offered me the promotion,. Instead they credited my account 15.00 They were better off doing nothing. I been a Verizon Customer for 30+ years. With that being said, I will be looking for a new carrier after the holidays. Completely diappointed with them.
