Rebates gone after becoming Salesmaker?

I used a BYOD $500 promo and moved to verizon. Was waiting for my rebates to come. 

This was 45 days ago

Since then, 3 days back I took up a position with the company and am in Salesmaker channel. 

Will I get my rebates?

Hi 

when I had applied for the $500 promo I had a consumer account. 

coincidentally, since my rebate submission - I got a job and became a sales maker.  I immediately called customer service to apply the VZ4UBYOD500 promo that would have given me the rebates.  

I have having a very hard time explaining this to anyone. I even gave them the OST to explain how the process should be done.
