Has anyone ever sent their trade-In phone back through FEDEX rather than UPS? If so what exactly did you have to put in the box? I am waiting on my new phone to arrive, but I am thinking ahead to ensure that my old phone arrives to the warehouse where Verizon directs it to go and have it arrive unscathed. If it doesn't, I can at least go and fight with FEDEX to get my moneys worth, and not be stuck with nothing. .

Come on people. With all the people who possibly read these messages and possibly dealt with this stuff at on time or another, please take the time to write a answer for me. Would greatly appreciate it. I also have wondered why no Verizon (web monitors) employees have bothered to give an answer on this question.

I haven't but I avoid FedEx if I can. My reasons are the way a phone was delivered to me once by them. You don't leave an $800 phone by a car tire to get run over. House door with storm door on it was right there and the package could have gone between the doors. I was supposed to sign and no one even rang the bell. I have a feeling it was just someone with their own car delivering. Good thing I knew it was coming and kept checking so it didn't get run over. We would have probably seen it before getting in the car but it could have also been stolen. I have much better luck with UPS.
