Said I’d get 700 dollar trade in value, went to pay off phone in full to bring down my payment still owe the full amount for my new phone? Customer Service said they are in the business to keep customers So I pay for 33 months then I get the trade credit. Told them I would like to get my trade in back then! So essentially Verizon is holding your device credit hostage for the contract time.
