Trade in status not correct

I brought my trade in phone to UPS using the QR code provided by Verizon 9 days ago. I received a tracking number and confirmation of receipt of the phone (can provide photos if this documentation). 
The tracking number says that the phone was delivered 3 days ago. 

 

Verizon still says that the trade in process hasn’t been started and that I only have 30 days to return it or I don’t get the value. I haven’t been able to speak to a human person about this issue yet no matter what avenues I try on the app and website.
