Unable to redeem GrubHub reward

After signing up for the 5G Home Internet, I received error messages trying to claim my 2 rewards from GrubHub and Verizon. I chatted with a live agent but was unable to resolve the issue, and it looks like several others have had this issue. Trying on different browsers/devices didn't help - has anyone had their issue resolved?

Verizon is saying i dont qualify for the gift card or the sound bar and i signed up for 5g home internet i switched from com and i have amultiple phone plans all 5g

Hi Ellisandra, the status says it's invalid with an error of "We couldn't find your mobile number associated with this rebate." However, my Verizon gift card submission using the same mobile number was successfully processed today. Can you please help?
