Why am I seeing a $1,540.62 Buy Out Charge on my bill?
We traded in an older iPhone and a iWatch (with literally NOTHING wrong with them - no damage ect) to your Fort Worth facility (have the UPS tracking and everything.
This is very disappointing and seems highly unethical of Verizon.
Please have your customer service contact us ASAP on this.
