Verizon has promised with sweet promotions and deals for starting their services, baiting customers to get their foot in the door. But it doesn't go as they promised, deceiving royal customers by not providing what they promised and making all the possible excuses so they can get away with it. Even customer service call does the classics, put you on hold and never come back to you.
I started my 5g home internet last December that had $200 grubhub gift card deal. I called every single month to check on the status of it and I was only told to wait for an email for redeem.
In March when I called, they insisted the promotion was done and expired.
I've been a customer of Verizon for over 14 years and I know Verizon is biggest cellular service company in the U.S.
Yet, they play with customers so much. What is the reason you guys would not provide what you guys promised? Why do customers have to beg Verizon to earn what they deserve?
I don't need to get personal message from manager here.
