Verizon is terrible. I just switched from tmobile because tmobile’s data speed is so slow where I work so I switched verizon is no any better even slower I had to upgrade my planpaying $10 more for a little faster. I added 3 more lines it made me spent 6 hrs of my time to order sim cards and still have problem activating them. Still don’t get a registration pin for registering my verizon and wouldn’t let me order sim cards by myself online. I made a terrible mistake switching my carrier.

Maybe switch back as far as I know complaint or feedback just get ignored

Yes, it's clearly Verizon's fault you switched around Christmas.
