Does anyone know why with prepaid you cant get cloud? Or see pasted messages etc.

It's just not a feature offered on Prepaid. Neither is short code text, NFL Mobile, Advanced Calling, Visual Voicemail, or WiFi Calling. Also not on the list for prepaid is fast customer service, direct support prompts, 10% less coverage, and no Live Chat support.
