i broke my new phone I purchased, I had $35 on my older phone which I would like to use now, what happened to the money I put on that phone. I put $45 dollars on the new one, but it is broke. I was wondering why I cant continue using my older phone I had before

Have you reactivated the old phone yet? Once you do the balance should remain on the account with the old phone active. Unless you have setup two different accounts then you would have to call Verizon.
