I switched over 3 lines from Tmobile and was told after a few billing cycles I would receive three $200 credits which would total $600. I never received any emails or notifications and I'm being told that all the credits have expired. This is quite fraudulent and if it isn't honored I will be sure to post a message about this Verizon dishonesty on every Social Media platform possible. Also I will submit a complaint to the BBB and post as many negative reviews for Verizon as I can. I have a copy of all my initial chats with the Verizon employee explaining how I have to wait for this rebate. I also just did another chat today requesting the credit but was told the best they can do is a $100 credit. This must be part of the Verizon dishonesty as many others mentioned this also.

I also have same problem. I switched from another carrier and was also told to wait for gift card and nothing came and now they say oh sorry you waited too long. The gift card is just bait to hook you and customer service just tells you to kick rocks.
