$200 Switcher Rebate

On March 4th I signed up online and did an in store pickup for my 2 lines that we ported over from ATT. We ported over because of the $200 switcher rebate per line. My receipt said to go to my notifications on the myverizon app to submit. I never had a notification in my app from them. I called in on March 10th for more information on how to redeem and the rep told me I would receive my notification in 4-8 weeks on my app and get an email. I called back in the following week for another issue and to double check the rebate status. I was told the same thing. I never received a notification or an email. Now I am told the promo has expired and no one will help. I have called into customer service about 5 times, contacted the rebate center and was totally dismissed in your orchard park ny location. The manager wouldn't even come out of the back room to talk to me and had one her sales reps try to help me. The only acceptable solution is a credit to my account for $400. As I see in this community this issue is as common as the bad customer service you get from Verizon. I have been a customer for 2 months and am porting out to T-Mobile later this week. Verizon has taken not only the $400 in rebates from me but now they also have my old devices I traded in which I still haven't received credit for due to the rep in the orchard park store cancelling my trade in. So I am out about $1200+ and a lot of time. Feels bad being taken advantage of.
