I added a new line on Feb 18th 2025 and received the phone on Feb 19th. I submitted the rebate for $200 the same day, but afterwards I decided to change to a new phone number for that line. Today, I received an email saying that the line associated with the old number that was used for the rebate is disconnected so I'm left with no rebate. I've already submitted a new rebate with new phone number but I'm not sure if the new phone number will qualify for the rebate. Can you please look into this?
