$200 Verizon gift card

I set up 4 new lines and internet on August 17th.  I just spent over 30 minutes with your Chat representative who took 5-10 minutes between each response with "checking on details".  Finally the response I recieved was that I had to wat over 2 months.  I have copied this chat response if your even interested in the terrible customer service I recieved.

Please provide instructions on how I recieve this gift card.

Hello, CORINNAS74, we want to make sure you get the information you need regarding your offer. As far as the new lines and Internet service, was this purchased for a brand-new account? Can you let us know how that order was placed? When looking at the gift card, is this an offer that was selected at the time your order was placed?

Yes, this was for a brand new account.  I placed it online and chose, at that time, the option for the gift card.

Thanks for that info. Did you receive an email about the gift card? When adding the card to your cart, do you recall if this option was presented when adding the Home Internet? If so, can you let me know what plan you're using for Home Internet please?

I have a same issue. I traded in an iPhone 12 mini for a iPhone 15 and upgraded my plan on 7/9/24 and had this offer pop up and clicked accept and I still have not received my notification to claim the $200 gift card. Please let me know how to get the gift card
