$200 Verizon giftcard - no redemption email

I’m a new customer who recently purchased an iPhone 17 Pro and ,when I was signing up, a yellow banner at the top of the screen advertised a $200 gift card with new smartphone purchases. I clicked the link, selected my phone and completed the purchase/sign up process. It’s been several weeks and I still haven’t received any emails or instructions related to the gift card or how to redeem this offer. After opening two support tickets, I have still not received any meaningful help from Verizon customer service. One agent even claimed that there is no gift card offer despite the fact that it is literally still present on the Verizon’s deal page featured prominently in the yellow banner at the top of the page. Hoping for some help or advice from anyone else who may have encountered this issue.
