I am a new Verizon customer as of 10/18/24. I purchased a new phone and a new line. I was given a promotional discount on my receipt for a $200 gift card.

When I go to the link, it tells me I do not have any new notifications. I have also been told I will receive an email but I have not received one, nor is it in my junk mail folder.
Can someone provide any insight?
