$200 gift card on switching the service from another provider

I saw several posts earlier of not getting promised gift card $200 after switching.  I have had similar experience. Posted my concern earlier this month. Spoke with customer service who did provide me with offer code for rebate submission. But the rebate submission application says it’s invalid. No reason disclosed. Asks me to contact customer service which I will. But why give customer such a runaround for something that was  promised when switching cellular providers.

Hi, this question gets asked pretty often, so my apologies if I've replied to you before with the following thread link.  The OP of this thread did manage to get their Switcher Rebate so I'd try their suggestions.  They experienced the same troubles you were having a few times themselves before finally figuring it all out.
