Hello, recently moved from at t to Verizon as new customer for mobile service plan. During the new account, Verizon promised to send 200$ gift card with four lines activation. However, based on recent communication with customer service, they have no clue on this and not sure how to get the promised 200$ gift card for the signing mobile new customers. Any help is appreciated
