In February 2023, I switched 6 lines to verizon. 3 were eligible for $200 per line credit. I was told it was going to be handled by verizon and they would be issued after 60 days - NEVER was told I had to do anything on my part. I called to speak with someone 2 weeks ago and they said I didnt submit the forms. I requested they play the call recording to confirm what I was saying but was denied. I was told they would "escalate" and would hear back within 10 business days. Today, I got a call back saying the escalation was denied. During the call, the rep went to their "leader" and I iwas offered $60. I declined. They then put me on a call with the "supervisor" and I was offered $300 because I "didnt fill out the forms". Sadly, my situation is an everyday occurrence at verizon as is evident with the sheer number of people on your own forums with the same complaints.
I will file with the BBB on Monday. This is NOT OK.
