I added a new line in July and purchased the brand new Galaxy s23 with the promise on the website of a nice $400 for a trade in device and an additional $200 rebate for the switch. Trade in was sneakily revised down to $200 after a few months, for "condition" even though the phone was a month old, and couldn't be given back even though I was lied to about the value. Now, after trying to get my other $200 for around a month and a half of runarounds, I'm being told that there is no record of there being any types of promotions or rebates at Verizon at all whatsoever at that time so golly gee no one can help me. Verizon is a con and I want my money.
