$200 switcher rebate

Hi ,

  I ported 2 lines to Verizon. I was suppose to get $200 switcher rebate per line. That is what the rep at the Costco Kiosk told me. I call in after few weeks to ask for the rebate and how to claim it. The rep on the phone says you don't have any such rebate. Only if you had purchased phone thru us, you will get a rebate. I feel cheated to switch. Does anyone else has similar experience with Verizon ?

I switched four lines in mid-July.  My receipt shows I can get four $200 rebates.    No other info beyond to check the app or account web site for notification.   Checked both on a regular basis and still no notifications.   Nearing my expiration date to submit.   Checked with store rep and they were not able to help.

Hoping someone can help!

You are a step ahead of me! The VZW rep I talked to has never heard of such a rebate...even though it is currently on the website, wished me luck and that was that. I ordered with telesales...

I am having the same problem and I switched on July 6, 2023. Verizon is giving me the run around. I even asked to get the corporate phone number and the representative told me that they didn’t have a corporate number. Also that she couldn’t give me her ID number for when I call back.  She is supposed to call me back in 3 days, I know that it’s going to be the same lies as I’ve been told. My next moves are contacting BBB and Verizon Corporate office.
