$200 switcher rebate

I am running into difficulty having Verizon reps honor my switcher rebate of $200 per line for the  3 lines that I brought over from TMobile. I did all my enrollment and switching over the phone because of issues with the website. All I was ever told by agents over the phone was that I would be getting these gift cards after 8 weeks. No emails, no texts, no app notifications about any actions to take next. But now I am being told that the deal wasn't acted upon in 30 days and so it can’t be honored? I was told a supervisor would reach out to me same day when I challenged this for a second time, but of course I haven’t heard from one in two days. When I tried calling back, I am told that I just need to wait for the supervisor to call back. I am not going to just sit back and be patient again this time, because me trying to be patient and understanding last time apparently led to me being left in the dark about these mysterious “actions” that needed to be taken to get these credits. I will keep trying to call again, but if anyone else can reach out to me to help I would greatly appreciate it because this experience has been extremely disappointing and frustrating.
