It appears that I am not alone victim of misleading or deceptive sell practice. I was supposed to get $250 Costco shop card per line after 90 days of service (4 lines switched from Cricket). After 90 days passed tried to contact customer service multiple times (online chat), they assured me that I would get an email from Costco of the digital shop card. VZW claimed that they asked Costco to send me card on 10/20/23, but I never received. This morning again I contacted, now they asking to visit VZW store at Costco. Then I called VZW customer service; they have a promotion of $200 per line, and she submitted for me. I should get $200 per line within 3-5 business days (as she promised). If I do not receive with 5 days, I will submit a complain against VZW as well local Costco store (to allow this type of sell pitch). Still, I hope this time I will get at least $800 (4*$200) instead of $1000 (4*250).

I have the same experience. Promised a Costco gift card within 90 days after switching 2 lines.

Same here. Moved 2 lines from T-Mobile. I was told 90 days. I moved the numbers between Christmas and New Years and haven’t seen or heard anything from Verizon or Costco.

Nicolalupo, we definitely want to make sure you're able to receive your $250 Costco Shop Card. There is a 90-day waiting period before the gift card is sent for processing. So after the 90-day waiting period, processing can still take up to 14 weeks. The email comes directly from Costco using the address, costco@digitalshopcard.costco.com.
