I just switched 3 lines from T-Mobile to Verizon. I also have received no information regarding the $300.00 Gift Card. My receipt shows that I purchased the phones online. The $300.00 gift card offer showed up in an information bar while I competing my paperwork online. I looked at the offer details and I met all of them. How do I get my gift card.
The offer also included a $10.00 month reduction in my plan cost if I used auto-pay. I set up my auto-pay during the application process. When I got a copy of my receipt there was nothing about the $300 gift card and the discount was not applied to my plan price.

I never received any offer during the application process. As I said before the promotion was listed in a yellow bar while I went thru the application process. It never asked me to apply for it while I was filling everything out. I read the details of the offer and I met all of the requirements. How do I get my $300 switch over gift card.
