I switched to Verizon from T-Mobile and was promised a $300 gift card as part of the offer. I’ve activated my line and everything’s working fine, but I don’t see any info about the gift card when I log into my Verizon account.
Can someone help me figure out what I need to do to claim it?

Resolution Update: By partnering with support, the issue of the gift card promotion was resolved. If others encounter similar problems with gift card promotions, common things that can occur are promo requirements not met within the first 45 days or submissions not completed at our rebate centre. All Verizon customers can also check out the "my orders" section on the My Verizon app to see all promotions that can be redeemed.
