Recently, I signed up with Verizon and switched from T-mobile. I have not received any details regarding the $300 gift card and its been nearly 2 weeks.
Please advise on how I can redeem the card.

Resolution Update: By partnering with support, the issue of $300 Gift Card offer was escalated via an internal ticketing process. If others encounter similar problems with Promos/Credits, common factors can include not meeting eligibility requirements such as Plan / Promo time frame / Device eligibility.
For anyone facing a similar issue now, we recommend reviewing this link for more details: https://www.verizon.com/deals/ and ensure to review the requirements section for each promotion that you may be interested in.

I need additional support. I was informed it was required to click a link to join a secure chat to "authenticate" my account but I'm not getting any responses after doing so. Why is it this difficult to reedem a promotion that we were promised when placing our order?

Hi, it's possible the link in the PM expired, because it has a time limit for you to respond. Have you tried live chat while logged into My Verizon and type "live agent" so you can get a real person?
The Switcher Rebate you're talking about, I think it's always been around, at least as long as I've been participating in these forums. The requirements are that you must port in from somewhere else and buy a qualifying new phone from Verizon. There should be some kind of rebate code on your paperwork or receipt, which you enter into a website to claim the offer. If you never got a code or it's coming back as invalid...might you have been signed up with some other offer? Discounts and promos can't be combined, unfortunately.

Thanks for the reply. The promo gift card showed in my cart when placing the order which I did qualify for. Interestingly, it does not mention anything about it on the receipt.

Per the CS rep's post earlier, try sending them a private message to ask about your Switcher Rebate. You can PM anyone by clicking on their picture in one of their posts and using the "send message" button. Or use live chat while logged into your My Verizon account and type "live agent" to get past the AI bot.

I'm sorry to learn that you're still having issues with receiving a gift card, TF1999. I would be delighted to help. Can you tell me what qualifying purchase was made? What date was this purchase made on?

Please provide an update with my submission. After completing the submission, it was noted ,"Based on the purchase date provided, you can expect us to validate your rebate around July 11,2025 if the offer requirements are met. We'll be in touch if we need any additional information."
It is now July 20th and haven't received any updates . The tracking notes, " pending validation" still.

I know how important it is that you receive your rebate, jaychang88. I am glad that you have been able to track the rebate online. The great news is that your rebate is still being validated since you have not seen a response that it was denied. It is likely that our rebate center is just delayed a bit with validation. I would encourage you to keep an eye on the tracking on the website for an update, as that is the same information that we would check for an update. It's important to note that the date provided for validation is only an estimate. I hope this information is helpful

Please provide an update on processing my gift card. Its been nearly a month. It was noted the validation to be completed July 11, 2025. It's 21 days past that.
This entire experience has soured my perception of Verizon. It was a nightmare just trying to find out how to get the process started.
I"ve heard stories about trying to redeem these "promotions" and that they are fake. I'm starting to believe this is true.
