$300 Verizon Gift Card

I recently purchased two phones with new lines online, and I was supposed to receive a $300 Verizon Visa card as stated during the ordering process. However, I have not received any information or updates about it since completing my order. How can I submit the necessary information to redeem it?

I can only see information about my orders; there is nothing regarding the rebate.

Ditto. Purchased 2x iPhones for two port-in lines on 22DEC24, one right after the other. Picked up in store.

First receipt said "Rebate: $300.00 Verizon Gift Card on Us Redeem by Feb 20, 2025 at m.vzw.com/rebatenotification", the second receipt said "Rebate: $200.00 Verizon Gift Card on Us Redeem by Feb 20, 2025 at m.vzw.com/rebatenotification"

When I went to m.vzw.com/rebatenotification , it only showed the one $200 Verizon Gift Card, and now that I submitted for it, says "Jan 2 Your rebate has been submitted." Won't let me submit for a second $300 Verizon Gift Card, shocker.

Been to the corporate store once already, going again tomorrow.  This process is deliberately byzantine.

Did indeed help, thank you -- so now I have one $200 Verizon GC in myVerizon app, and the $300 Verizon GC submission I'll have to to track at https://www.yourdigitalrebatecenter.com/#!/.

NEXT QUESTION -- during both checkouts, I also had pop-ups for $300/200/100 switcher rebates -- both phones are on Unlimited Welcome plans, so should be eligible for $100 switcher rebates (paid directly to bill?) -- the Verizon rep at the Mech, PA corporate store said the rebates would "show up in a few billing cycles," but I'm not confident.

I'm happy that information helped. Most rebates are claimed through our digital rebate center. Was those rebated for BYOD (bringing your own device) switcher? If so, these would not qualify since you purchased new phones.

Ah, OK -- so the pop-up was an offer for BYOD.  You're right. I did purchase 2x iPhones w/ 2x Samsung/Google trade-ins.

I did port over 2x #'s from T-Mobile, but if you're telling me that the switcher rebates ($100/$200/$300) can't be applied together with the Verizon $200/$300 GC offer, I understand.
