I switched to Verizon on December 2 and I did not receive $300 gift card promotion. Please someone help me to get $300 gift card promotion.

I’ve had a similar problem. Purchased 4 phones online in December 2024 and ported four numbers. For this, I was supposed to receive a $300 visa gift card but it’s now April 2025 and nothing! I’ve been getting the run around from customer service who I’ve spoken with twice over the last two months. Both times they assured me the issue would be resolved but I’m starting to think they just wanted to get me off the line so they wouldn’t have to deal with my problem. My experience with Verizon has been horrible to say the least. This is just one of many failures on Verizon’s part since I switched my service. In hindsight, the countless hours I’ve spent with customer service has not been worth the switch. I wish I never switched! Has anyone had any success with getting this gift card issue resolved?

I am having this same exact problem. Never received the $300 gift card. Now, they say it's too late to redeem (even though I NEVER received it). Then, they wanted to credit my account $150 twice for future bills, however my bills aren't that much. It auto drafted the payment in spite of that - so the "credit" nothing. On my third call in 2 days, the Rep said she could refund my bank account the full $300 and remove the credits. Then, after a long wait, she said she could only refund $150 because $150 had already been applied to my account.... The entire reason I went with this deal was to use the gift card to purchase ear buds for my phone. When I asked if I could speak to someone in the US because it's taken 1.5 hours of my day to keep having them lie and do things I haven't agreed to, the supervisor got on the phone, began talking over me and yelling at me saying there's no way to connect me to someone in the US.
When I first got the phone, it was the worst switch from Spectrum to Verizon on a brand new phone. The cell service has been terrible and the customer service has been the worst I have experienced.
At this point, I'm filing a complaint with the BBB for false advertising. I'm disgusted; Verizon used to be a decent company and now it's awful.
