Clearly Verizon makes it nearly impossible to actually get your rebates validated. They just keep pushing the date down the road. I’ve chatted with customer service multiple times. First was by Monday. Then it was this Saturday. Now it’s in 10 days because it was invalid. None of the information was invalid because I entered the promo code correctly. The rep acknowledged this as well. I come here to ask, and they reply “we’ve sent you a DM” giving the illusion to everyone else that the issue has been resolved in private. Same thing, not results. I’m finally willing to admit I shouldn’t have switched from T-Mobile.

Just as I thought. Another DM with a rep telling me to wait ANOTHER 3-5 days.

Same happened to me. They are making impossible to get promised gift cards. They made false promises until i complete the port, once I transfer my number they are saying I am not eligible.
