Like many, many, MANY others, I have been unable to access or redeem my $50 Verizon gift card. I have tried the number in the email as it instructs, accessing the site via the Fios app, and using several different browsers on my desktop, all with no luck. I have received emails reminding me to claim the giftcard by calling. When I call the phone personnel never know what I'm referring to and tell me I have to claim giftcards online, however when I go into my Verizon account online there is nothing to claim. How do I claim the Amazon giftcard before the window expires if there is no way to claim the giftcard?
